The Stratford Capital Group is a recognized leader in the multifamily investment industry with a particular focus on affordable housing and investments benefiting from Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. To support their work, Stratford Cap retained SAK to provide specialty technical advisory services to manage/minimize their environmental risk for projects across the United States. This work is done in the form of technical peer review of environmental due diligence investigation reports and other documents completed by others. The goal of these efforts is to advocate for our client, to achieve resolution of potential RECs and other environmental impacts; assist with management of environmental risk; and minimize potential cost implications prior to initiating construction.
